History of Full House:

At first known as the House of Comics, Full House became part of the TGIF lineup from the fall of 1987 to the fall of 1995.  Full House was the first show on various local stations across the nations.  The television series did not receive the best reviews.  As it continued on, it caught the heart of many people.

Full House consisted of a loving family living in San Francisco.  Man of the household and father of three daughters, Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) had just lost his wife, Pam Tanner, and became a single father.  To help him raise the children, D.J. (Candice Cameron Bure), Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin), and Michelle (Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen), Pam's brother, Jesse Katsopolis (John Stamos), and Danny's best friend, Joey Gladstone (Dave Coulier) moved in the house with him.

The television series lasted eight seasons.  Throughout all the episodes, the family learned to come together more.  The three girls learned lessons, after many times of breaking rules, the three men learned how to deal with different situations that arisen, especially ones with the girls.  The family got bigger as the series went on.  Uncle Jesse got married to Rebecca Donaldson (Lori Loughlin), and they later had twins (Blake and Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit).

The extended family all lived together in one big "Full House."
