What got me started in comics

I started reading comics a few years ago after havin' browsing through my local comic store. I saw some wicked cool art that really drew me into it. The first comic I bought that day was Swamp Thing.

Another comic that I like was actually a sample comic book of the series that Image comics was about to make for G.I. Joe.
