2.1.4.1. Instructor Qualification
    I am the only one who I would plan on teaching this course.  There is only one other person at Annville-Cleona who is qualified enough to teach parents about the use of a graphing calculator, as our two new teachers still have not seen the practical usage of the calculators in the classroom, and our oldest veteran can walk through a process step-by-step, but he does not have any understanding of the calculator, otherwise.
