Level 3 - B

There is evidence in this response that the student has a good understanding of the problem and the significance of the data.

  • Problem is restated and answered clearly.
  • Reference to both data and background information provides the details to support the answer.
  • The use of accurate scientific terminology strengthens the response.
  • Some application of the problem/results extends the answer beyond just a simple answer.
  • The response reflects some synthesis of information.

Level 2 - C
